How Not to Brown Cow
(Online registration: class is in the Personal Enrichment category) "Vegetarian" is from Latin for "life." Eating green, greener, greenest helps the planet, is better for your health, and spares every budget. A vegetarian for 30 years, a chef and caterer, the instructor covers basics of vegetarian and other health-based diets (including diets for allergy considerations). The class creates dishes from student recipes we make "greener." Materials fee is $10, payable to the instructor. (Ten weeks starting Sep 10)
