Kate Johnson is an Aquatic Specialist with over twelve years of experience. She teaches fitness classes in the water and on land as well as working with clients in aquatic therapy and rehabilitation. She has worked with clients who have the following health problems: arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, orthopedic and neurological disabilities as well as various back conditions. Kate works with clients both individually and in groups. Her goal is to give people the knowledge, skills and tools to take control of their bodies and health in an ideal healing environment - water!
