Instructor: Bob Clarke, PhD
Bob Clarke recieved his Ph.D. in German at the University of California, Berkeley, where he has taught since 1987 as either a graduate student instructor, lecturer, or faculty fellow. He specializes in German Poetry and classical and romantic literature, with a special interest in how those paragons of world culture might have contributed to the occurrence of the Holocaust. He has taught German language classes at Albany Adult School since 1992, because he still enjoys teaching beginning language classes and the students at Albany are so much fun.
