A Taste of the Greek Isles

Dim Sum Cooking

A highly specialized kind of Chinese cooking, Dim Sum are generally small dumplings or pieces of meat that are fried or steamed, salty or sweet. Dim Sum is generally served between 10:00am and 3:00pm, but they also make wonderful hors d'oeuvres. How Not to Brown Cow

(Online registration: class is in the Personal Enrichment category) "Vegetarian" is from Latin for "life." Eating green, greener, greenest helps the planet, is better for your health, and spares every budget. A vegetarian for 30 years, a chef and caterer, the instructor covers basics of vegetarian and other health-based diets (including diets for allergy considerations). Mexican Sugar Skull Class - Day of the Dead
